All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
For customers who purchase services from our digital shop (e.g Botox, Mesotherapy treatments, etc), there will be no shipping fee as the services will be redeemed at the CLINIC. The shipping charge is only applicable on physical products.
Tax and Duties
For purchases on physical products, import duties tax is not included in shipping charges. Import duties or customs tax is based on your local country’s importation regulations. The CLINIC is not responsible for import duties or customs tax on international shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
